The Sunday night reality show will be hosted by TV personality Ingrid Hoffmann who has hosted multiple culinary shows, including “Simply Delicioso” on Food Network and “Delicioso” on Galavisión.

(MIAMI, FL – January 8, 2015) – Host and cooking expert, Ingrid Hoffmann, will be the host of the second season of “Top Chef Estrellas,” Telemundo’s cooking reality competition that premieres on Sunday January 11th at 9pm/8c.

Ingrid Hoffmann will be in charge of hosting the show being that she is the most well known and internationally recognized Hispanic host and chef of today. She will be joined by a relentless group of expert judges such as Lorena García, Jaime Martín del Campo and Ramiro Arvizu.

Also, Gabriel Coronel, Kimberly Dos Ramos, Sissi Fleitas, Judith Grace, Fabián Ríos, Don Pedro Rivera, Maripily Rivera, Henry Santos, Fernando Vargas and Gabriela Vergara will be the celebrities who will have to showcase their talent in the kitchen for a chance to win $100,000 that will be given to their paired charities, but only one will win the title of “Top Chef.”

In “Top Chef Estrellas,” celebrities will cook their favorite dishes under the direction and guidance of professional chefs, while offering viewers a unique opportunity to see them in a more intimate and personal scenario as they compete against each other and face great challenges.


Ingrid Hoffman is the most internationally renowned Hispanic Chef. Her delicious recipes are continuously exhibited on exclusive shows like NBC’s “Today Show” and Univision’s “Despierta América,” as well as in major print media worldwide. Currently she is the host of Telemundo’s “Top Chef Estrellas.”
Ingrid Hoffman, who was born in Colombia, is known for her shows “Delicioso” on Univision, Galavisión and TeleFutura, and “Simply Delicioso” on The Food Network. Her book, “Simply Delicioso: A Collection of Everyday Recipes with a Latin Twist,” was published in February 2008 by Clarkson Potter. The Spanish version was titled: “Delicioso: Una Colección de mis Recetas Favoritas con un Toque Latino.” In 2013, she published “Latin d’lite: Delicious Latin Recipes with a Healthy Twist.”
Later on, Ingrid teamed up with her mother and two businessmen to open up her own restaurant. “Rocca” was the first restaurant in Miami to cook on hot lava rocks. It opened in 1993 and quickly became a must-go place for celebrities in Miami.
In 2009, she participated in a Got Milk? Campaign as part of Hispanic Heritage month. Her name is among those of the members of New York City’s Food and Education Fund, the board of Miami’s Amigos for Kids, Believe for Colombia Foundation, and the Humane Society.
